Aaron (Ace) Hines (Founder of  Ace Fitness Factory) is a former athlete who has played baseball, football, volleyball, and basketball (division 1 level). He had numerous offers to play professionally but instead chose the fitness path.

Being an athlete, Ace has had to gain weight, drop body fat, increase performance in speed, agility, and vertical jumping. This is where his enthusiasm for fitness came from. He loves being able to help others complete their goals, be healthier, and feel great about their body.

 

His ability to help those who have general goals of losing or gaining weight, as well as helping athlete's increase their performance, is what sets him apart from other trainers. 

 

Ace's first client was his mom. She was overweight and had extremely high blood pressure. He vowed to help her every step of the way until she no longer needed blood pressure medicine and was able to sustain a healthy lifestyle.
